Step 1: Level Assessment Test (1 day)
Students will take a one-on-one assessment test to determine their appropriate level.
Step 2: Needs Evaluation Interview (1 day)
Students and Employer will be interviewed to expose what skills are required in order to perform job duties successfully in English.
Step 3: Course Content Planning Workshop (1-10 days)
Students and Employer will finalize what skills need to be improved and what goals need to be met in order to have a successful course.
Step 4: Course Content Development (1 lesson = 2-5 days)
Trainer will review the skills, create lessons, and determine evaluation criteria for each required skill.
Step 5: Course Implementation (Varies Greatly)
Class will start and lessons will be finalized as trainer conducts class. Additional modifications are always made once a lesson is delivered.
Step 6: Course Evaluation (1 day)
Trainer will evaluate the success of the course and make the appropriate modifications to the material to help the next class achieve better retention of the material.
