In collaboration with the Human Resources Department, communicative needs are determined and goals are set.  Then in collaboration with the employees, we determine work situations that they struggle with.  After all stakeholders have been consulted, I provide the Human Resources Department with goals and a matrix to measure success.
Example Lesson: How to Increase the Likelihood of a Vendor/Client Response to an Inquiry
This lesson trains employees how to respond to clients/customers, employees, colleagues whom will not respond to repeated follow up messages.

Discussion Groups / Free Talking

Students will discuss current events in a "free talking" format.  As students are talking, the instructor will make corrective notes in order to document the common mistakes that students make when speaking English.

This class is designed to correct common mistakes made by Korean speakers of English.  If you are Korean, and make a lot of mistakes, this is the right course for you.  You will realize mistakes that you make that you never realized before.
